Tasha Len understands that the Doctor could do something with technology, she doesn’t trust his decisions, thus taking his tech in order to give him less of an option
The doctor didn’t have a plan until he was given regeneration energy.
No explanation except to save the Doctor?
This plot point was to show how the Doctor had moved pass the Time War and into a new era where he could fend for his loved ones but not use a weapon carelessly until he lived alone and fell back into the memories of The Time War where he allowed himself the use of weapons too much, and in anger.
The TARDIS has a forcefiled which separates the inside from the outside It’s an entirely different world, if you like.
Still seems like the exact same inconsistency as this, imho. A few feet away and inside a “force field”, but the same plot holes.
The TARDIS is shielded from the environment outside, how else would the Doctor be traveling through the time vortex without being smashed to bits? Plus, I believe the Doctor took off in the Tardis before lying?
You can still cut through the scarred skin on your body, yes?
The TARDIS had an aversion to Jack because of bad wolf. It spent the entire time in the time vortex trying to shake him off and get away from him.
Although the TARDIS and Clara didn’t get along perfectly, I believe the TARDIS knew that the Doctor needed Clara. The Doctor does say something along the lines of “she extended her field for you, that’s why it took 300 years.”
If the TARDIS wanted Clara along…
why did she not open the door?
It seems to be everyone’s justification that the TARDIS was cool with Clara and that’s why she didn’t shake her off, but Clara had her fingers on the key. The doors open inward. If the TARDIS really wanted her there, she could have opened the door.
Guys, I’m quite sure Jack died. Could you possibly tell me which episode we are speaking about?
